Splitting the worksheet means to view the same worksheet but in multiple view.. To split your worksheet (window) into a upper and lower part (pane), execute the following steps.

- As you click the button, the worksheet will split into four parts.
- Click the vertical bar and drag it to left and right to adjust the view as well as you can drag horizontal bar.
- To remove the split, double click the horizontal split bar that divides the panes (or drag it up).
- To remove the splitting view. just re-click the SPLIT button
